What did you love best about Does This Beach Make Me Look Fat??

The vignettes that Lisa and Francesca narrated were so true and funny. I was laughing every morning and evening in my car on the way to work and on the way home.

What did you like best about this story?

I really enjoyed the upbeat narration and the back and forth between Lisa and Francesca.

What does Lisa Scottoline and Francesca Serritella bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

They both brought such life to the narration. You could really tell how strong their feelings were about what they were relating to the listener.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No. I really wanted to savor the stories and wanted them to go on forever!

Any additional comments?

I would recommend this book to my friends. I just purchased the paperback for a friend who is having surgery. I know this will make her laugh while she is recovering!

This was a nice little diversion book, not your great read but then that isnt what it set out to be either.

One of those books you can read on a plane and if you fall asleep don't worry about going back just start where you finished. Easy to listen even funny sometimes but I won't buy it at full price or hardcover, not worse more than $5 and that what I paid for it. Too much crying about ex boyfriends, husbands and weight problems, made me yawn towards the middle. But again it might be just your piece of pie :)
