They went to great lengths of ridiculousness in this book! I love that she normally is a little bit outlandish, but this was just too much! The Bianca flower thing was absurd. None of it was her fault so why wouldn’t she just explain it was ridiculous! However, the narrator is always spot on

Gretchen Archer’s novels continue to improve. Her characters and the descriptions of the residents of Pine Apple Alabama are something right out of a Charles Dickens novel. The humor is laugh out loud funny and the mysteries are just compelling enough to keep your attention. This is a novel well worth reading.

Every new story is as good or better than the last. I just love this Author's sense of humor and the way she keeps the story plot interesting. The narrator nails the personalities of all the characters and makes the story even more fun.

Where does Gretchen Archer come up with these names? Roy Howdy?! I laugh out loud listening to this book. It was fun to have one set someplace different than the casino.
