Ken and company find that with the introduction of the Threadspawn, the whole dungeon becomes far less friendly. Even the populace on Earth is spooked.

Which is why the UG and Haylon sends Ken and a few others on the press tour. Though, even that can't keep Ken from the action. The Threadspawn invade Earth—meanwhile Ken is recruited fully into the demon hierarchy.

Now he has to balance loyalties to the UG and the Hierachry while the Threadspawn threat grows ever closer.

This chapter is worded differently to the rest, and makes sence due to the romance going about. The world and lore gets expanded significantly and we learn a few new things, Ken and and a few of his ladies get some good character growth and my personal opinion is I'm glad glad this book was on its own, to help with its importance, now it was lacking is heated scene but for the pace I can understand. Thank you for a another great book in the series.

In preparation for this book, I spent the last week listening to the entire series again I feel the story was substantially, lost and watered down the action was dim down. The stat talk was also dim down. It was just like one splash then another splash then another splash without a lot of detail. I feel disappointed for supporting the series after this book up until 301 and 204 I felt that this series could’ve been made into an anime. I think it would’ve been and done exceptionally well, but then you get to 302 where the story opens up to an unimaginable expandable universe and that universe is about to have a newcomer at the end of it. That newcomer being the demons, the vastly powerful race who demands so much respect and commands it and then you get to the thread spawn issue. It seems like whatever the story was gonna be it was snuffed out. You have all these characters which obviously took a lot of thought and a lot of background to build with the expanse of nothing. We go from Ken being around lv 44-48 now he’s 50 302. He should’ve been around level 60 after the contract with the demon. I feel he should’ve gained a lot of experience from taking on the monsters and stuff that he did towards the end of 301, especially after the battle with the Nacoran. I will buy the next book, but I was expecting to be wanting more.

If you have made it this far into the series then you know what to expect. A good continuation of an already amazing series with lots a good world building and setting up for some truly explosive pay offs further down the line.

A good continuation
