When I moved into my new apartment after living on campus, I thought I'd be in for quiet, peaceful nights to myself. Little did I know how wrong I was.

I used to be in the Marines and now I'm at war once again—I hate my next-door neighbors. Okay, maybe hate is a strong word, but they're obnoxious, loud and always throwing parties.

It's possible the letters of complaint I keep leaving on their door aren't helping to de-escalate the situation, but in my defense, I can't stand the noise anymore. The last thing I expected was for one of the neighbors to write back. Even more unexpected, I'm starting to develop feelings for her.

I hate AI reading the book. During romantic scenes it's too robotic and there's no emotion during other scenes. The AI doesn't pronounce certain words properly.

i didnt realize it's AI narration until the end , just thought how bad the narration is . Turns out AI narration is realry bad .

The AI narration is more personable and relatable than any of the outright horrible main characters. I got in far enough to realize “ok, these people suck,” but was oddly compelled to figure out just how far the author (who just may be AI given the lack of depth character development and reason behind this story) would take it.

…it took a Seinfeld-level turn of problem-solving with sneaky, childish bungling when the FMC tricks her pregnant best friend into walking in on her unaithful babydaddy, mid-act… as you do. Nonsensical doesn’t even feel like a strong enough word, but yikes. I just don’t know if I can continue out of spite alone at this point. Just wanted to spare anyone who felt like it would get better after the first few chapters.
