This audiobook is a very useful guide in learning what foods to eat for brain health! Having a loved one with dementia has really made me interested in learning to eat to properly nourish my brain. I really enjoyed this audiobook. Our brain health is something important we need to look after. I had never thought that some of the nutrients mentioned as being important before. I eat a low-calorie diet and mainly Keto but I incorporate the book's ideas now. The author recommends nuts, green leafy vegetables, and other food. A lot of the ingredients I’m already using when cooking.
