This book has brought me back to the basics. As a leader, it’s important to actively and regularly focus on self-improvement as well as being humble. Th author discussed how having a strong mindset will benefit you in the long run, and how to be a great leader by changing important aspects of your personal life. It’s a great asset to any leader looking to improve their customer service skills. Will recommend!!!

It not only discusses how to lead others, but how to change your own state of mind and discover your own strengths. The advice is practical advice that can be implemented immediately to help you succeed on current and future projects. I enjoyed hearing the success stories of great leaders sprinkled throughout the book. The narrator also did a great job, and the book was enjoyable to listen to.
