As a mature male who has survived the gammet of a horrible relationship, it is nice to enjoy in a bit of fantasy and hope. I long for the touch of a loving, kind, loyal, agreeable woman but know the odds are stacked against me so its nice to be able to get lost in a story of true love and hope. Not a read for Karen types, female or male.
