I’m enjoying this book but honestly, if a book comes with topic of each chapter, why does this book not have that.

Some incorrect info such as with wedding rings the prominent view is that it must be returned in cases where engagement ends not be kept based on fault. It was also shorter than expected Only 3 or 4 hours.

The family law portion of the audiobook is kind of sparse on details and doesn't include most of the cases I learned in my family law course at Penn Carey Law this semester, but I will say that whoever wrote the How to Get Into Law School portion is totally hilarious. I love the odd delivery of much of it. It's a bit snarky, but not too biting. I'm surprised Penn was mentioned in it a number of times :)

Not a great family law outline, but really funny!

The length of the book is misleading at best. Most of this book is about applying to law school. A pointless topic if you are studying for the bar or a law school class. The actual law part is ok, but brief. Again, less than 3.5 hours of family law...

Less than 3.5 hours of actual law

Outline was all over the place NOT concise and on point. spent way to long on unimportant factors like common law marriage and bigamy. Hard to keep up and follow along

Not for Bar review
