You’ve been playing games in your relationship for far too long and it’s about to cost you what you really you want: love. If you don’t pull it together and get a grip, you know you will be alone soon. Fearing rejection and abandonment, a person with the fearful-avoidant attachment style is passive-aggressive and has a hard time seeing their own worth. They question love and their actions are confusing to their partner.

This book discusses all four attachment styles, but highlights the fearful-avoidant partner.

Not enough details about the solutions to different attachment styles. The ecc do plantation of the attachment styles was good.

Despite having "fearful avoidant" in the title, there are very few details about this specific attachment style and little to no insights about its origins, effects on individuals who display the attachment style, or how one might work toward building more secure attachments.
If you're able to get past the intro, where the author essentially berates people with fearful-avoidant attachment, you're rewarded with an hour of a robotic voice echoing the same tired opinions of the thousands of "relationship experts" on YouTube & TikTok.
This was truly an abhorrent piece of work, with all the wisdom and angst of a high schooler who just got dumped for the first time

Entirely unhelpful and exploitative
