Great and clear book by Dr Chatterjee where he had basically collected a range of suggested recepies on how to make small and easy behaviour changes in everyday life. It eccoes so well the work by BJ Fogg and the Fogg model for behavior change. It also goes so well will all the episodes from the Feel Better, Live more podcast.
