*A new special edition with multicast duet narration!*

One sassy pyromaniac thief, four sexy-as-sin monsters, and a paranormal conspiracy of epic proportions.

I make a living out of screwing over the jerks who capture and torment supernatural beasties. But when I free a bunch of particularly powerful monsters from their cages, I'm not counting on them following me home like lost puppies.

Stunningly hot lost puppies, but still.

These manly monsters are determined to repay me for my help, and they won't get out of my apartment until they're satisfied we're even. And when I find out they're up against the same creeps who murdered the person I love most, I'm all for joining forces. There's something to be said for allies so devoted they'll tear off heads and shred souls on your behalf.

Especially when I realize I'm developing an unsettling supernatural power that no mortal is supposed to wield.

Track down the baddies.

Tame my destructive talents.

Don't get killed along the way.

Oh, and maybe hook up with a monstrous hottie or four.

Piece of cake.

I'm so going to regret this.

I really enjoyed this series. I have one huge complaint though. The fmc made up song lyrics and the way the narrator sang them was extremely annoying and it all could've been left out and no one would miss it. It didn't add to the story at all so I'm not sure why it was even put in.

Good, but....

oh sweet mother of love, this big boxed set is PERFECTION. I am utterly in love with every narrator who contributed to the stunning story of these books. the author took me on an incredible ride and I just completely enjoyed myself.

I genuinely cannot wait until I have forgotten enough to relisten to it again. The female lead is the perfect balance of smart, sassy and ballsy. The men or monster's... 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Best cast of narrator's!!

I enjoyed the storyline and characters. The performance of the actors were great, i really enjoyed how they brought each character to life. Spoiler alert: The main character has a very annoying habit of creating her own song lyrics, half the time said lyrics are complete nonsense and do not flow well. Sometimes it’s so annoying it made me almost not finish the series. However, the characters and plot were interesting enough to make me push through the irritation and keep going.

Good listen with only one minor irritation

the fmc is probably the quirkiest I've ever read. the plot was really good. the only thing was the fmc narrator. it felt like she lacked emotion in her parts compared to the mmcs

wacky fmc phrases
