I loved this book the first time I read it and hearing this story come to life in audiobook form? This reread solidified this book as one of my top favorite reads EVER. And it’s a perfect read for fall. 🍁

🎧 I couldn’t have imagined a better Ella and Greyson than Veronica Pace and Anthony Palmini.
🎧 This book is so emotionally raw at points and these narrators went above and beyond to do this story justice.

I am absolutely, entirely in AWE of Ari Wright right now. She writes a goooooood omegaverse, but my goodness THIS 👏 STORY 👏. If you don’t believe in soulmates, you certainly will after reading this emotional, heart-wrenching, incredible read.

THOUGHTS 💭
🧶 The writing and the story are so beautiful and these words make you truly feel; they pulled me in and didn’t let me go until I read the last page.
🧶 The book feels like of like a love letter to NYC and survivors of things no one should have to survive. (Check your TWs.)
🧶 Grey and Ella ease into an all-consuming relationship with karmic subway meet-ups. The connection between these characters bleeds off the page.
🧶 The twist in this book ROCKED me and it’s rare that a book can truly do that.
🧶 Gray and Ella are imperfectly perfect characters, always growing and learning and repenting when they don’t get it quite right. While they fall in love with each other, you can’t help falling in love with them. There’s so much hope and bitterness and joy and heartbreak all in one book.

The acting in this book was superb ! 🤌🏼 there is mature content. However, the actors did such an amazing job handling the intimate scenes with care, and respect, while still portraying spice. As romance is becoming increasingly popular. The care that is taken to bring these stories to life is greatly appreciated. Amazing job, amazing acting, and I love how the actors brought Ellie and Gray’s story to life 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
