I'm barely looking into buying foreclosures and this book gave a good over view of all that goes along with it. I.e. The importance of an attorney, real estate agent, what your research will consist of, and more.

I feel this book though giving you insight on what to look out for, seems to be focused on 80% why not to invest vs why and how to invest.

I'm studying to be a pre-foreclosure and foreclosure expert. I aim to help families in pre-foreclosure. This book is so on point to what I've been studying. It's a great course and great teaching by the narrator. I highly recommend this book for anybody that's interested in this area of real estate!! Each time I listen to this book, I learn even more!!
