Seventeen-year-old Sarah's life is turned upside down when her single mom is sent to jail. She's forced to move, leaving behind everything she's ever known, including her best friend, Sydney. Lost and bitter in a new school, her one goal is to save money and move back home.

Then she meets Angel Moreno. Enigmatic and gorgeous, Angel is almost too good to be true. Except for one thing - his archaic belief that guys and girls can never be "just friends". The problem? Sarah's best friend, Sydney, is not a girl.

With their unexpected romance intensifying, how long can Sarah keep Angel in the dark about the guy waiting for her back home?

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

I guess it is time well spent. I rather listen to it, than read it. It will be annoying to read how a girl can lie about the gender of her best friend for the duration of a book without throwing that book against a wall. Can't throw my IPad though.

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

It is okay. The main strain in the plot was too drawn out for me though.

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

Yes.

Too Much Drama for so Little

Presented through the smooth writing of Reyes, the narrators introduce a new series. The sense of humor infused in the story and the sweet loving moments, all combined with a sense of family, makes this book one readers will wish they're a part of.

Sweet Moreno Brothers

This is definitely not a Y A series. Unless you want to promote underage drinking and sex. Okay that being said it is a typical high school romance stuff that you did in school stuff that I did stuff we don't want to kids doing in school LOL. Definitely an Alpha male even one so young can't wait to see what the rest of the Mereno brothers stories hold. That first love that first time the intense emotions it's all there for you to experience and to help you remember yours.

Great start to a series

What made the experience of listening to Forever Mine the most enjoyable?

cute story for a teen book just a easy read.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Val and Romero they crack me up

What about Tanya Eby’s performance did you like?

She was fine, kinda felt weird hearing her curse after listening to her on the Fool's Gold series for so long.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

not really. The way it was written it tried to tell you how/what to feel, it never once made me feel what the characters were suppose to be feeling.

Any additional comments?

Quick light read. With a few value able lessons for young girls. (don't trust everyone)

So clueless

I’ve read this book a while ago and didn’t realize that my eyes almost fell off from rolling it so much. How can someone be so stupid? Lol despite her Stupidity in regards to the coach, it was an enjoyable read. Tanya Eby did an excellent job at narrating
