Required reading for anyone getting fit

The information is ok. But it seems at times like the book doesn't know what it wants to be. At one moment it is a nutritional guide, then a self-help book, then a motivational scripture, and then an exercise plan....

Sometimes the narration was annoying as the narrator bounced. Low, low, HIGH! Slow, slow, FAST!

I think the first 2-3 hours (at least) were filled with tons of research. I’ve not done all the things recommended, but I have paid close attention to my protein intake and I am shocked at how much better I feel. I highly recommend this book!

I love all the awesome information shared and the author’s enthusiasm while reading it made it even better. It is very fact & science heavy (I know, that’s the point). It was easier for me to listen to some , digest the info & listen to more. Listening was a great way to get the info. Definitely am incorporating the info into my life & sharing it with friends.

Excellent & Best in small doses.
