Freedom Lost is the ninth book in Dr. Bradley's Survivalist series. When a friend is wrongly convicted, deputy marshal Mason Raines must take his place in a gun-fighting competition unlike any other. To survive, he must overcome a handful of unique shooting challenges, each with deadly consequences. As Mason defeats one ruthless competitor after another, he begins to question not only the brutality of the competition but also the guilt of its competitors. Meanwhile, Tanner and Samantha embark on a cross-country journey to find Issa. Along the way, they team up with a cantankerous nun searching for her missing sisters. Their journey leads them to a sadistic doctor specializing in eugenics, and an abandoned children's insane asylum with a dark inhabitant.

This is a great series. I was so excited to see a new book in this series. I wish Audible was better at informing customers when a new book comes out in a series I already own. Don't miss this one. Lots of Fun!

Excellent Series

This book was full of humor and complemented the other books in the series while building on the bonds between the characters. A couple different plot detours added to the overall depth of the story and has helped keep the story interesting. Worth the credit!

A Humorous Addition In This Survival Series

All discussions on mortality and slavery should be handled like this. Put in a time and place removed from our own, but close enough we recognize it. Throw in an uber smart dog, a plucky teen, a few nuns, and a werepig, and you have a great read.

Heavy topics, light humour, perfect balance.

This combines all the good material you get with a Zombie series but uses the Pandemic platform.
Not a series you can jump in the middle of, but definitely worth starting at the beginning.
Each Character is well thought out and given a full persona and the writer draws you in and makes you like them all.
One of the best.

Awesome series.
