Vegas is a city built on spectacle, and Rhea plays the game better than most… until undefeated heavyweight temptation Micah McKnight locks eyes with her.

Touches her.

Just a touch.

And everything shifts.

She’s not sure if this... whatever it is... is fate, desire, or something she should’ve run from the moment that magnetic pull kicked in…

Before she got stuck in the friction.

I felt this could be easily stretched out into a whole story but it was good for a short one. Narrators were excellent esp the FMC who is my fav 🎉❤️💫

CCJs work is always on point!🌟

I enjoyed this short story and the narrators. I really enjoyed this duo narration style and I hope they read this way going forward. Story wise, I like paranormal romances so this one was cute, probably could have been a chapter longer.

I enjoyed this short story

This was a different kind of book. I liked it but I love me some CCJ. She writes some of my favorite books and is my most listened to author in 2025. The duet narration was amazing.
