I was entertained by this gritty, almost non-stop action, dark fantasy. I was captivated by the opening paragraphs until the end of the story. I admired the worldbuilding which combined the mafia, cultists, and black magic together. I was intrigued by the complexity of Dr. Vincent Temple's character. I liked Vincent's circle of friends. I am looking forward to the next book in the series. I enjoyed Tom Kereama's narration as his performance was exciting and kept my attention. I was given a copy of the audiobook. I volunteered, without financial gain, to post this review which reflected my honest opinions regarding this audiobook.
