This was an OUTSTANDING audiobook book; excellent narrator, easy to follow and kept my interest. Very detailed; I also have this book…when time permitted I followed along reading. Excellent listen/read; answered every thought/question I could have. Strongly recommended. THE GO TO BOOK ON FASTING!
