Pip's life was stricken with tragedy as a small boy, being orphaned with the loss of his mother, father, and siblings. One of the best narrators I have ever heard. Wonderful voices, with tone, pacing, and accents that bring the characters to life. If a character grates on you, it is because the narrator does his job so well. I will definitely be returning to hear this one again!

Loved it! I read this book as a kid and remember liking it, but didn't remember the actual story. The narrator is perfect, and the story is just so beautifully done. This book is full of great life lessons.
