Jack Garrett
A baleful blackcoat with a pistol in one hand and a Bible in the other, Lazarus Cain rides through the countryside claiming to carry out God's plan. In his ominus wake, he has left one of Smoke's cowhands fatally injured.

Good Story

Mr. Johnstone has a vivid imagination and is a excellent Author. His books are filled with action, but in the audio department, Jack Garrett knocks it out of the park. He has the right voice for reading Westerns. He also emerges one into the situation. His descriptions of the characters makes me seem to see them,
Not recommended for the young, because this story as others is filled with graphic descriptions of violence.
I will keep listening until I get bored, but I don't see that for now. Money well worth spent so far.

If you could sum up Guns of the Mountain Man in three words, what would they be?
Intense and exciting from Chapter One. Jack Garrett is without a doubt one of the best readers of western novels. What did you like best about this story?
The characters, the plot and the readingWhat does Jack Garrett bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Jack is, in my opinion, has the best delivery of a western novel...he nails it!!!Who was the most memorable character of Guns of the Mountain Man and why?
