I was able to get much from the context as an IT, but possibly due to it being an audiobook. I couldn't understand some of the explanations without more material or diagrams.

this gives you a good overview in a lot of great info on how to hack using Kali Linux I recommend this for anyone just getting started and want to get their feet wet
