The character with cerebral palsy is written in such a “real” way. It’s just part of him. There’s no preaching or teaching. It presents challenges sometimes, but they learn to navigate those together. This is one of the most honest representations of a physical disability that I’ve encountered in fiction.
I fell for both these characters, and I’m so happy for their happy.
The world is rough right now. I needed the feeling this book gave me. Gonna hold onto it as long as I can.

The whole idea of disability meeting ability was such a wholesome concept to share. How Oliver handled himself was beyond remarkable, never skipping a beat when it came to Victor. Their stars were completely aligned, giving them an edge over their respective characters. I have also always loved the inclusivity Elaine always brings, and with so much respect for our community! You are an amazing human being!!
Iggy Toma is an absolute legend in the narrator world! His voice is distinctive yet fits each character perfectly. I already knew this was going to be a great audiobook as soon as I saw his name!!
