Gavin Leonard is the worst.

He lives in the best party house off campus at Valley U, overrun by jocks galore.

I live next door, watching Jane Austen adaptations with my sketchbook in hand.

He stays on his side of the fence.

I stay on mine.

Now we're accidentally on a camping trip together, but there's only one tent left.

Gavin Leonard is the worst.

And he's the last guy who broke my heart.

This is an enemies to lovers/second chance romance. I think I needed some groveling from Gavin to make me fall for his character. But I really liked Violet. Overall, it was good but not as good as book one for me.

Enemies-to-lovers

I liked it but I felt like it needed a bit more drama and she forgave him way too easily without knowing the truth so I didn’t really like that part but it was a good book. So far I like the series.

Not what I expected (SPOILER-ish)

The storyline was a bit different compared to similar books of the second chance trope. I liked the progression to reconciliation but hated that the issue that caused the separation was brushed off in the end and would have liked to see how the heroine dealt with the truth revealed. i love that the author didn't put in unnecessary drama to prolong the story. The narrators were both enjoyable and gave life to the characters. Overall good book and worth my credit.

I love Rebecca Jenshak such a great author. This book is cute I like the second story I should of read it instead of listening to it, The guy did great but the girl was awful it took me a few days to get through the book because she’s just not good but other then that the story was cute.
