There is so much indepth information given in this book it keeps the listener excited and wanting more (if you are interested in holistic health). I have followed Tero thru other podcasts and research and he truly has knowledge into adaptogens. This book breaks the bigger details of the science of the adaptagens down to simple terms for anyone to follow and find healing benefits. I personally would love a full pdf of the book (to much information to write down and still follow along) so that I can bring this knowledge into actual practice in my clinic.
