What a great story. I have to say that all 3 of these books were fantastic. The hero and heroine both strong, smart and witty characters. The story line and the plot was fantastic. And my oh my the sex was very very hot and steamy. This series does not disappoint!

"I’m currently working on the last installment of the Mayhem in Mayfair series. This stars the sensible, long-suffering Miss Charity Sparkler and the rake in need of redemption (or a swift kick in the *ahem* backside) Mr. Paul Fines. At this point, I’m estimating a February 2014 release"

I am so excited, I wanted there to be a book about Paul.

Narration is good if you listen to it on 1.25 speed otherwise it's too slow.

Wrote my own series where Ambrose was the name of the bad guy. After reading this book and loving these characters, Grace Callaway makes me want to go back and change my bad guys name!! ❤️Ambrose!
This is a story about love and trust. The author lets us see two people who are not perfect, but who bring out the best in each other. This is my third ‘listen’ of this book and I like it more each time.
Worth a credit? ABSOLUTELY!! You will not be disappointed!
Narration is excellent also!!

Grace Callaway is a new author for me. With that being said, this series has Romance, Sex, Humor, Suspense and Mystery. In describing this book, Audible should have erotica in the description. I've listened to 3 of 4 in this series. And imo, #1 and this one are the best. I think it helps to listen in order so you know the characters.
I've enjoyed listening to Erin Mallon's performance. This series is credit worthy. Enjoy!😄

...but it’s really annoying to hear so many mispronunciations of common words like Covent Garden and ton. Though the narrator is good in other areas, accents are not her strength—the French modiste & the Scottish doctor were amusingly bad.

So far my favorite of the Mayham in Mayfair series.
The characters are so well-developed and the narrations and voices, so good, particularly the main couple’s.
‘Loved the spicy, sultry persona of the heroine, juxtaposed to her lover’s calm and confident strength.
The story rewards with twists and turns and intrigue.
I’ve listened to it more than a couple of times and do recommend this read!
