I love Lilly and that's the main reason I decided to read this. I knew she was going to write something meaningful and important and I was right. I absolutely recommend this book to everybody, it doesn't matter if your know her or not, or in which moment of your life you are, I'm sure this book has something for you.

Where does How to Be a Bawse rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I've only listened to a few, mostly autobiographies, and this ranks second of them all (just under Trevor Noah's Born A Crime).

What did you like best about this story?

You feel called out on all the right stuff, but not like a boss would call you out. Kind of like how a best friend would tell you you're acting like an ass, or an idiot. She explains that you are NOT an ass or an idiot, you simply have certain 'habits' that gotta go. Then she tells you how to change them. Like a Bawse.

Straight up Lilly Singh. No one better than the OG.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Started from the bottom. Now we're...well, we're kind of on the 12th floor...or the 13th? I lost count, and I fell down a few flights as well?? The stairs are really steep and the elevator's busted, we're taking a short break. 5 more minutes, mom.
