It is a great motivational book on real estate.
There are a number of innovative steps in the book, especially regarding obtaining finance, that were new to me.
Most of the chapters in the book are actually covered in Phil's free videos on his website & YouTube, so it did not offer a lot beyond what Phil kindly makes available for free.
For a fifth star, I would like to see a revised edition with an appendix/a second book with checklists, concrete examples with calculations, and more details so that I can take these learnings and apply them more easily.
