This audio book is good, I meant three books inside, 10 hours of deep information about burnout, stress and how to focus and get recovery time. The information of this audiobook is deep however the authors explained in easy way, I liked a lot the burnout questions. The audio and the narrator are high quality, I really like these books. As a person who frequently experiences burnouts, I’m always looking for additional support outside of therapy, so this audiobook was very well received. It not only treats the recognizing of signs with respect and shows how to process them in time to prevent burnout, but it also gives you quick and practical things you can do to stop falling and start rising before it’s too late.
