This book contains nothing of value, lacks insight, and is easily one of the worst presentations I've ever heard. I'm angry to have wasted my money and had to stop listening after five chapters. how do you have multiple chapters less than five minutes each? I'll tell you how. Have nothing of consequence to provide.

Worst Book Ever

I recently took a 2 week intensive course learning scripts to enter the roofing industry. The course took us from very being of the appointment which is pulling up to the customers house to building rapport and every step in-between until after close.

this book pretty much follows the same exact play. It's a smart way to run an appointment. I didn't research much about the author but wouldn't surprise me if he had a hand in coming up with the training or took it himself.

If you are reading/listening to this without ever taking any training. your gaining about 8k to 10k worth of training information subtract the hands on role-playing and deep dive into the psychology and purpose of each step.
