I was in my second semester of college when I met him. He was in my biology class. It was the class I had been dreading since the day I walked into my dorm on campus. I found myself sitting at the large biology table much faster than I thought I would. Each time a guy walked into the room, I assessed his lap partner potential. Would he be able to handle all the cutting and touching while I wrote the papers? Did he seem wimpy or strong? Did he look like he was going to chicken out? A few of them seemed to have potential.
