Having experienced similar life loss, I loved her openness. I felt she was my friend as I listened to her story. The way she ended gave a feeling of hope unexpectedly.

The tension of the story was pointed to the abuse but it’s really never revealed; yet the book is more focused on describing yoga breathing and a woman who is so needy that confuses love with being codependent.
