This book was only ok. I am a huge fan of Patrick Logan, and I really do like the Dr Beckett series, but this installment in particular is not that great. I honestly believe that the reason it was only "meh" to me is because the narration absolutely sucks. This narrator just doesn't understand the characters and doesn't understand agreed to use inflection in sentences. I spent half the time correcting him in my head. I think I get the paperback and see if I like it better that way.
