I like how the books "Rookie Rebels" intertwine together so we see the various characters interacting. Joker, Theo has more to his charms than meet the eye. Fierce and passionate for those he loves. Little but strong headed Eloise(El) does not stand a chance. Despite an Instragram open line with his fans, he has a complete sense of privacy for those he wants to protect. I was truly charmed by Theo and this sweet love story.

From time to time... I play the Chapters games and I played one that I later found was based on this book. Because I had so much fun playing the game... I came to find the book. And I had a lot of fun reading this. I enjoyed the narrator... but I think this could have benefitted from a male narrator to do Theo's parts.

I usually enjoy a surprise pregnancy story and this was no different. I really wanted Elle to get out of her own way faster but she got to be a bit annoying by repeating the same thing over and over but she had a reason to resist... even if it was driving me crazy.

Theo had his own issues even though money was not one of them. Theo lives a carefree life,,, and comes across as dumb but he is far from it. They end up having to work things out pretty quickly for their baby. It was a fun read and I laughed at lot at Theo's antics as well as that of his gran.

They don’t have chemistry!!!! She’s selfish and I was hoping that something bad was happen with her so MAYBE she could learn the dangers that she puts her and her baby!!! Theo is the best! Loved him and ell don’t deserve him !

This was a nice continuation of the series. I do wish the father/brother relationship wa a little more developed and I wish there was more with the sister. But overall I enjoyed the story. Narration was ok she makes some odd voice choices and Made Theo sound like a stereotypical dumb jock, could have been better.

I haven’t read any books by Kate Meader before, so I haven’t read the other books in the series, and now I’m wondering why I haven’t found her sooner!! This book had all the great parts of any well-loved romance. Elle is scared and hiding from her family, Theo is like an onion and has so many layers and can wake up any meal – and boy is he a snack! 😉
I received an advanced listener's copy for free, and I am leaving this review honestly and voluntarily. I can say I LOVED this book! This is someone I would go back and reread repeatedly. I was lucky to get an audio version of this book, and I can say Ramona Master is a genius at distinctly differentiating between the characters and making everyone feel likeable and understandable. I will be searching for more – both the author and the narrator for future reads.
