Something about this series made me want to finish it and even know more about the other characters in their own books. But Luna made me crazy. Jake never answered questions directly and yet she kept asking, like he was going to all of a sudden change.

She also never explained anything clearly. Like when she was caught in the rain. Just say, this is my stupid bar tending uniform, but no... she had to stutter and stammer around it. She did that often.

And like she didn’t get that every time Jake was in a fight he wanted her away so he could concentrate and not worry about her, but all she thought about was what she wanted and, again, asking a hundred questions.

I want to read more but am concerned that all the other females will be just as annoying.

We will see.

This was one of the better series I've read in a while. Luna and Jake are an enticing couple. All of the supporting characters are well drawn, likeable and believable. Well done.

I love the narrator but Luna is so annoying the main female character is so annoying!! She can never explain her feelings and spends most of her time spacing out about what she wants to say instead of saying it. It’s almost like she walks around with no plan or vision of how to put that in place!! She gets all upset about Bianca’s behavior but never puts her in her place!
Jake clearly loves Luna but is so controlling as if she is a piece of glass that will break! He takes the liberty of quitting her jobs, telling her what she can and cannot wear and hiring a bodyguard babysitter to keep her from leaving the house! I also didn’t really care for how the story ended either.

It’s an ok read, but characters are annoying!
