High school can be a difficult time for a teenager, especially toward the end where one has to start making the sudden transition into adulthood. For Jimmy Hawthorn it is even worse. It was just ok. Not a page turner. The on and on about hanging gets old.

Jimmy was so disturbing but I couldn’t stop wanting to see it through. I kept putting it down and saying no! This is much too twisted. But I’d keep reading the next day. It grabs you and won’t let go. It’s not for the weak at heart or stomach.

The story is….surprising. Don’t listen around young kids! Definitely needs a very explicit sexual content warning.
But good story overall!
