Amazing, inspiring and brings the very real element of human energy into a practical, relatable and not at all WooWoo point of view. All within the exciting world of a once model turned Paramedic journey from self-destructive pain to self-assured bad ass healer!

I didn't know anything about the psychic world before reading this book but the essentially auto-biography is truly fascinating. Sarah is an amazing woman who has gone through a lot, more than most of us, and has through her own work and focus become a fully functional satisfied emphatic woman. She tells us about her journey with interesting stories and life lessons. And ends on a very high note - making us not only believe in her but also wanting to support her and her work going forward. Very well written, very well performed. Recommend!
