I really enjoy Gabby. This was a brilliant book, it introduced me to tapping and a few meditations and mantra which I had not tried before. All beautiful and powerful techniques that have helped me return to love, self-love, acceptance of self and others. A truly worthwhile listen!

Did not enjoy this book. There were no practical steps or guidance. It was all focused on “higher power” and “spirituality”. I gave up about half way after she mentioned the universe for the 500th time. Very airy fairy and realistic imo. Would not recommend.
