It is a good story, although I think the ending is a little flawed but I don’t want to say too much and spoil ending for anyone.

Good but scientific flaw

I love all of Gregg Hurwitz’s books. Every single one is a well thought out page turner. His chatacters show depth and growth. The plot is never a straight line to the end. The twists and turns keeps the reader/ listener engaged up to the last page.

Explosive

Wow, wow, wow. Talk about saving the best for last. It was a depressing ending for the bother and sister, Walker & Tess. I wish Walker would have made it in the end. Pretty hard after all the killing he had done. Their back stories are gut wrenching. At least the kid and Walker’s wife survived. The storyline is all too real, Brilliant! Although I wish Hurwitz would have continued with these characters, he did leave this character, Tim Rackley, with some closure. So many other writers just abandoned characters leaving the reader out in the cold. Maybe he will one day return this series. Who doesn’t want to know if Bear found his ever after, continue with the Guerrera character, what happens to his father in jail, will his wife return to work, etc. OR maybe he meets Orphan X. Wouldn’t that be fascinating. Absolutely loved this series. WELL DONE!!!! What can you say about Scott Bricks performance, so so good. Although, I did like the previous narrators too.

More than a 5 star Story.
