This is a great book for those in any leadership role. It’s super easy to read and digest. The author does a great job breaking down the basics of leadership. Many books on this subject get bogged down in philosophical concepts and leave you bored out of your mind. Sweeney keeps it real. No Bs. You can tell he has a talent for working with people. I got a lot out of this book. Highly recommended.
