Learn Conversational Japanese Vol. 1 is an audio course for beginners or for anyone who struggles with becoming fluent in Japanese. The focus of this course is to practice speaking conversational Japanese from the very first lesson. Each lesson contains useful everyday phrases related to a specific topic.

Based on techniques and strategies that make language learners succeed:

  • Learn in short bursts every day. Each lesson takes about 10 minutes to complete.
  • Learn in context. Isolated words or random sentences won’t get you far. By learning phrases related to a specific topic or situation you will see much better results.
  • Focus on high-frequency words. Starting with the most frequently used words will boost your comprehension and communication in your target language.
  • Review the material. Repeating the phrases at certain specified intervals is a powerful technique to help your memory absorb and recall what you have learned.
  • Listen to native speakers. All the phrases are translated and spoken by native speakers.

PLEASE NOTE: When you purchase this title, the accompanying PDF will be available in your Audible Library along with the audio.

They don't explain the grammar. They don't stop and break down each sentence so that you can use that information to put together further sentences. yes, there's a PDF you can download but good luck following that. it's very disappointing from lingual boost because I've used them for Arabic and French and had no problems but they're Japanese language study program is not worth it.

if you really want a great Japanese audio lesson series, Paul Noble's Japanese for beginners and intermediate is a far better purchase.

there are better programs out there to learn Japanese
