This book ended too soon. I wasn't ready for it to be finished. The interaction between these characters have created questions whose answers should be another book. And so many new folks who must have a story!! These are two of my favorite readers and they did their usual fantastic job! Once the villain has been stopped, the interaction between the characters will provide good good reading. Can't wait for the next book.

I’ve waited with excited anticipation for the continuation of the story and this was not what I was expecting. I did not enjoy this book in the series, a first for me as I have reread books 1-9 multiple times for their entertainment value. I found Legacy to be uninteresting and underwhelming. The narrators didn’t sound like themselves and I question if they are AI generated. I’m disappointed. I hope, if there is a next book in the series, that it will pick up where Maelstrom left off.
