Honestly, I was looking for something else when I came across this title and I'm glad I did.

I wish it had been longer. Great reading too (by author). This was helpful to me during litigation in small claims court against a large construction company. It helped me understand who I was dealing with, set my emotions aside, and ultimately settle a grand ahead of where I would have settled otherwise (which is saying something in SC small claims court).I think Sun Tzu said something about knowing your adversary and letting him misjudge you. This book helped me understand the defendant, their attorney, and their paradigm. The rest is history.$2 well spent.
