I thought the material was really good. Everyone could benefit from this book because we all need to learn to let stuff go.

I didn’t care for all the curse words or the references to Obama and others who I feel destroyed our great country. But I am learning to that go too.

I read this going through a break up and dark time mentally and it helped me so much get back on track, practicing mindfulness is an amazing tool. I feel so much better and I am not as hard on myself anymore whether I have good or bad days! Let that shit go!
