I have always had a soft spot for the single father figure taking care of his daughter, and this story hits it so very well. The main character has been alone for so long with just his stories and memories of friends. But when he finds the 2 girls they ignite his undead heart with feelings showing there are things more important than your own personal interests.
It made me tear up at the wholesomeness of it all. If you are looking for a more slice of life story, after the hero saved the world story than give it a read.

This was not a primary choice for me. After I listened I just fell in love with the whole story. if you like a good read with no violence and just a good wonderful story of a unlikely father too children who come into his life and change his world for the better.

I would have preferred a actual reader the virtual voice, almost caused me to stop I am so glad I did not.
