Young James Daniels is eager to join the US military after Japan bombs Pearl Harbor in December 1941. He wants to do his part, save the world - and look sharp in that Army Air Corps uniform! I loved this story so much! I lost my dad in 2016 as well, he was a naval pilot. So many connections! I also love the narration by Elizabeth. I love the voices she gave the characters. Thank you for sharing your father’s story.
