Awesome story, kind of a different approach to 40k. Loving the feeling of space exploration

It’s a great book just extremely hard to listen to. It piles on so much information and the transitions aren’t but the story makes up for it. Over all it could have bean better

The sheer amount of detail put into everything

unlike some folk who live in tiny closed off worlds of their own American speech echo chambers, I enjoyed this book, and understand that warhammer is an inherently English made concept, always narrated by English citizens. It is well written, well thought, and well read.

Enjoyed the hell out of this.

I’m really enjoying this series. I bought the 3rd book before even finishing this one. The characters get more depth and some questions are answered while also resolving some mysteries. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys sci-fi, even if you aren’t familiar with WH40k.

Even better than the first
