I came across this book by accident. I was confused at first because I had never looked into reincarnation before. Honestly couldn't give you any type of description prior to this book on the subject. The Michael Newton Institute books blew my mind. I was able to finally understand life and connect with it on a personal level. I've never been religious, and think that's the best choice overall after gaining this knowledge. I suggest this book to everyone that I meet. If I had to choose one book to read everyday for the rest of my life, this one would be it.

I just listened to this book a 2nd time and as I keep learning more and more the book has so many additional meanings each time I listen to any and all of Dr Newtons books.

AMAZING

I learnt about life between lives and the effect of past lives on our present existence and relationships.
The difficulty is that they were using soul names and present day names and sometimes it's difficult to follow the narrative in relation to the individual
Recommend it to those trying to make sense of their life or anyone interested in the esoteric

I've read his best sellers Jorney of Souls, Destiny of Souls and Wisdom of Souls. I found this book to be very intriguing and moving just as the others. However, it was a harder read. I found myself rereading or relistening to certain parts of the book that were not clear to me. I am going to restart this book and listen again.
