Torre Tall dark and broody ... then you went and got all mushy ... it was so cute! I do wish you stayed more grumpy but that's just me (something is wrong with me 😆)

This is the first book of the Golden Masters Series performed in Duet by the great Joe Arden & Michelle Sparks. They did phenomenal portraying this college dark romance.

So ... I loved and hated this book well not the book the fmc. This is so my own fault though I just tend to hate the fmcs and it's quite rare when I do like one. This has no bearing on the great Michelle she's one of my favorite narrators lol. I wanted to strangle the fmc for most of the book lol and kick the mmc for letting her get away with so much. 😆 Man do I sound like a woman hater 😆 I promise I'm not

All in all i really enjoyed the book and to be very honest wanted it more dark ... I think this is more light gray to me. Fast paced, Story line was good, went a little fast at the end but I didn't mind it.

Will definitely keep going in the series!

This was overall a great book! The characters were fantastic and the spice was top notch. The narrators really brought the characters to life! I'm a sucker for enemies to lovers and mafia vibes and this hit for me!

Ngl, I’ve been going through a rough reading week or so, but this one got me out of it! Narration and plot were both perfection—I can’t wait for the rest of the series. I do wish the ending weren’t as rushed but I still feel like it was wrapped up nicely and don’t feel like I’d take away a star for it or anything. This was a goodie!

What a beautiful story. it started a little confusing but quickly figured out how thing work in the secret society.Some areas of the book it felt like it was missing , like there was more to be said . The fact that he turned out to be a Dom turned the spice to a new level..I just love a possessive MMC
The pairing of Joe Arden and Michelle Sparks in the narration made this book exquisite. Definitely will listen to this again. Looking forward to the next book.

All the best things in one place. Midnight Assembly is a dark romance revolving around a secret society that has all the dark academia vibes. Performed in duet by two favorites, Michelle Sparks and Joe Arden! They had the banter, allurement, and entertainment mastered.

Midnight Assembly is a slow burn (ish) dark romance that has enemies to lovers, insta-love, he falls first, epic banter, pierced MMC, touch her 💀, and off the charts spice. The OTT MMC loves to cook (insert swoon), take care of his girl, and would literally burn the world down to find her... if she ran. In the end, this was a great listen that kept me intrigued, guessing and wanting more.
