The Alpha's Warlock: Warlock Nate Hawthorne just wants a cup of coffee. Is that too much to ask? Apparently. Because instead of precious caffeine, all he gets is cursed by a pack of werewolves who want to use him for his magic. Now the only way to fix the damage is a mate bond to a grumpy and oh-so-sexy alpha in the rival pack, who happens to hate him. This is so not how he wanted to start his day.
Captive Mate: Arik is many things. Shaman, necromancer, a little on the snarky side...no one could ever accuse him of being boring. But one thing he never intended to be was imprisoned by angry werewolves.
The Alpha Experiment: When a half-werewolf geneticist needs to activate his dormant genes, it's just common sense to get up close and personal with his werewolf bestie. Over and over again. To make sure the theory's really been tested thoroughly. You know, for science.
Contains mature themes.

I kinda skipped through a good chunk of the second one as it was very copy paste of the first one. The first one was interesting but very much weak guy gets saved by big strong man, might as well read straight Omegaverse at that point.
Over all, interesting performance and there were points where I really hope this guy got paid good money for the awkward things he said.
Just get the last one, it’s the best.
I need coffee!!

Captive Mate continues with an “enemies forced into intimacy” setup. The chemistry is undeniable, though the constant push-pull sometimes tips into frustration rather than intrigue. The world-building expands slightly from the first book, but still feels more like a backdrop than a fully fleshed stage and doesn’t quite break free of the series’ rough edges for my taste.
The Alpha Experiment plays with the “pretend relationship” trope in a way that’s not always fully convincing. The banter and chemistry between the leads are engaging, yet the emotional beats feel a little rushed. The world-building and series continuity add some charm. It’s an enjoyable, lighter entry, but it never quite lands the depth its premise promises.
